The Green Hills Rural Development (GHRDI) is a non-profit organization which is a public/sector partnership of area businesses, industries, community organizations, and local governments. Green Hills Rural Development, Inc. is dedicated to the growth of commerce and improved living conditions for all persons residing or doing business in north Missouri. The services are provided without regard to the type of business or entrepreneur seeking assistance, and are available at no cost or a nominal cost depending in the type of service involved in each individual request.

GHRDI is an SBA certified Development Corporation that can do 7-A loan packaging. GHRDI is an SBA 504 Certified Development Company providing manufacturing and commercial concerns with access to long term fixed assets financing for job creating projects Information is available on other sources of financing including working capital, venture capital, and governmental sources such as USDA Rural Development and Missouri Department of Economic Development programs.
